Get answers to common questions about Legs Below the Knee.

Results typically last three to six weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle. Regular waxing can extend time between sessions as hair becomes finer. Schedule every four to six weeks for consistently smooth lower legs.

Some sensation is normal, especially on initial visits, but most clients report quick stings rather than prolonged pain. Our experienced technicians use techniques and quality waxes to minimize discomfort and provide comfort tips.

Arrive with about 1/4 inch of hair growth (roughly two to three weeks). Avoid exfoliating or applying heavy moisturizers on the day of your visit. Clean, dry skin ensures better wax adhesion and optimal results.

Shaving between sessions can cause uneven regrowth and increase the risk of ingrown hairs. If possible, avoid shaving so waxing can remove hair from the root; if necessary, wait at least a week before waxing.

Avoid waxing with active sunburn, open wounds, recent chemical peels, or if you're using certain retinoids or blood-thinning medications. Always inform staff about medications, skin issues, or pregnancy before treatment.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, and intense exercise for 24 hours. Gently exfoliate after 48–72 hours, apply soothing lotion or aloe, and wear breathable clothing to reduce irritation and prevent ingrown hairs.
