Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Legs.

Most clients enjoy smooth, hair-free legs for three to six weeks depending on natural hair growth and skin type. Proper home care and regular appointments can help extend results and slow regrowth over time.

For best results, allow hair to be about a quarter inch long, exfoliate gently a day before, avoid moisturizers on appointment day, inform us of medications or allergies, and arrive clean.

Most clients feel quick stinging or pulling during waxing, but discomfort is brief. We use warmed wax, expert technique, and soothing aftercare; numbing options are available on request. Proper breathing and small sections help minimize sensation.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, and intense exercise for 24-48 hours. Use gentle exfoliation after 48 hours, apply calming lotion, wear loose clothing, and protect skin from sun exposure. Avoid tanning and contact us if you experience prolonged redness or irritation.

Ideally hair should be about 1/4 inch (5mm) long for an effective waxing session; shorter hair may not adhere, while longer hair can be trimmed before service. If you're unsure, contact us for guidance before booking.

Waxing is not recommended on sunburned, broken, or irritated skin. If you have sensitive skin, inform your technician; patch tests, gentle waxes, and tailored aftercare can often make waxing safe.
