Most clients enjoy smooth underarms for three to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth. Regular waxing can extend the time between appointments. We recommend scheduling every 4–6 weeks and following post-wax care to reduce irritation and maximize results.

Before your appointment, let hair reach about a quarter-inch so wax can grip properly. Avoid shaving for at least two weeks, exfoliate gently 48 hours beforehand, and do not apply deodorant or heavy lotions on the day.

No — waxing removes hair from the root, so regrowth typically appears softer, thinner, and less dense over time. Repeated waxing often reduces visible thickness; darker, coarser regrowth is a shaving-related myth.

Some sensitivity is normal, but our technicians use quick technique, appropriate wax, and soothing pre- and post-care to minimize discomfort. We offer cooling gels, gentle pressure, and tips to reduce pain for first-time or sensitive clients.

Avoid deodorant or antiperspirant before your appointment because residues can interfere with wax adhesion and increase irritation. Arrive with clean, product-free underarms; bring deodorant to reapply after the recommended wait period if needed.

Aftercare: avoid hot showers, saunas, heavy exercise, and deodorant for 24 hours. Apply a soothing lotion or aloe to calm the skin, wear loose clothing, and exfoliate gently after 48–72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs.
